Session 1 - Customer Satisfaction (9:30am - 10:45am)

Many businesses think that having satisfied customers will guarantee your success and profitability. That's not true.

In this session, we'll revolutionise the way you understand customer satisfaction and  teach you how to use this knowledge to transform your business from break-even to highly profitable. You'll learn the principles of customer satisfaction research, and which of your customers are truly loyal, brand advocates, high spenders, and the real profit spinners.

We'll also explain how not-for-profit organisations can apply the same principles in engaging the public for education campaigns, fund-raising, volunteering, and word-of-mouth referrals.

Session 2 - Secrets of Internet Marketing (11:00am - 12:15pm)

If your internet marketing doesn't seem to be going anywhere fast, you need to learn the 'Secrets' of Internet Marketing. We'll explain some key tools and techniques that many businesses are unaware of, but which can quickly and easily transform your online marketing and the target market insights that are available to you.

This session will help you know what you don't know, so that you can go brush up on those skills, or at the very least be able to confidently direct your marketers, web developers, and external consultants towards measurable results.

With illustrations and analogies that bring it all to life in plain English, you'll leave this session with clearly focussed, methodical steps you can now adopt to systematically enhance your online marketing performance.

Session 3 - The Power of Market Research (1:30pm - 2:45pm)

For those not involved in the Market Research industry, this topic can at first appear to be dry, mundane, and plain expensive. But this session will bring in to sharp relief the power of market research to tell an incredibly poignant and powerful story about your potential customers, competitors, and market opportunities which you may never have previously known anything about. It will also show you some market research opportunities which are right under your nose, even for those with a limited budget, and why it really will cost you much more if you DON'T research.

Session 4 - Social Media for Business (3:00pm - 4:15pm)

Is Social Media worth the investment of your time and money, and is it relevant in your industry? We’ll help you understand how it works, what it will and won’t do, and how to set realistic social media marketing objectives. You'll learn what's hype and what's helpful about Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, and how you can potentially leverage them for your business objectives through integrated marketing activities.
